The service personnel said that when the electric tricycle breaks down, the first thing is to check the fault phenomenon. There are many fault phenomena in the electric tricycle, such as the wheel does not turn, the power supply is constant, the headlight is not on, etc. However, no matter how many fault phenomena are, it can be classified into two categories: one is flexible fault: the so-called flexible fault refers to sometimes occurs, sometimes does not appear, or the other is flexible fault. It is said that there is no obvious rule to follow in the occurrence of faults. For example, when the constantan wire in the controller is de-welded, sometimes the contact is good and the motor runs normally; sometimes the contact is bad, the motor will start powerlessly. This kind of fault must first analyze the related aspects and measure the relevant parameters. If there is no clue at the moment, the simplest and most effective way is to change parts. Another type is rigid fault: the so-called rigid fault means that once such fault occurs, it will remain unchanged, the fault scope will not be expanded or transferred, and the fault phenomena will not be changed. If the breaking brake handle is damaged, the power supply of the motor can not be cut off, and a new product can be replaced. This kind of fault is better repaired. Generally, it can be judged by knowing some theoretical knowledge. In addition, there is a principle in the maintenance of electric tricycles, that is, the principle of minimization. Simple problems themselves have been minimized. Complex problems need to grasp the key points of the problem and find a breakthrough to solve.
