Installation instructions

1. The quality of pump installation has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump. Therefore, the installation and correction work must be carried out carefully, and no hasty action should be taken.

2. Installation height, length and diameter of pump suction pipe should satisfy the calculation value, strive to be brief, reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbows), and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable cavitation allowance when working.

3. Inhalation and discharge pipes should have brackets. Pumps are not allowed to bear pipeline loads.

4. Pump installation should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance.

Installation sequence

1. Place the unit on the basis of buried anchor bolts and use paired wedge pads between the base and the foundation for correction.

2. Loosen the coupling and place the level instrument on the pump shaft and base respectively. By adjusting the wedge cushion, correct the unit level and tighten the anchor bolt properly to prevent moving.

3. Correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft. On the outer circle of the coupling road, the allowable deviation is 0.1 mm. The clearance between the two coupling planes should be 2-4 mm. (Small pump takes small value) The clearance should be uniform and the allowable difference is 0.3 mm.

4. After connecting the pipeline and determining the rotation direction of the motor, the coupling is connected and the concentricity of the shaft is checked again.

5. After 2-3 hours of actual commissioning of the unit, the final inspection shall be made. If there are no adverse phenomena, the installation shall be considered qualified. Check the temperature and vibration of the bearing during the trial operation as follows:

6. In the process of installation, in order to prevent sundries from falling into the machine, all holes of the unit should be covered.

7. In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump, filters should be installed in the pump glue for newly installed pipelines, and the effective cross-section should be 2-3 times larger than that of the suction pipe.
